About me

Technology has radically transformed our lives. Industry 4.0 requires organizations to execute long-term transformation, enable growth levers through tech-enabled businesses, and engage global talent to continuously re-engineer the business ecosystem–including product development, customer experience, and both internal and external stakeholder management. Amid this, there is a lot more than optics, and success relies on combining corporate strategy and structured implementation with a constant consciousness towards inclusivity and human values. This is where the Office of Strategy Management and Strategy Professionals, who wear many hats to enable strategic initiatives in close collaboration with the CXOs and all relevant stakeholders, operate as a nucleus to drive critical initiatives. The key is to get things done with influence more than authority!

I have worked in this space for 12+ years

My responsibilities have been diverse and might range from leading organizational transformation to launching a new business initiative. Any usual day at work for me may include presenting business health cards or project dashboards to the CEO, communicating and engaging with the leadership team, enabling new business set up with resource planning/policy development/operations planning, brainstorming with the leadership team to set up a capability center, leading CSR projects, introducing and keeping track of balance scorecards, introducing new tech-enabled platforms and processes, reaching out to potential industry partnership opportunities, and so on. Essentially the expectation from this role transforms basis the priorities and dynamics of the organization, and so do I.

One of Rashmi's key strengths is her ability to quickly grasp very complex challenges and requirements and be able to translate in comprehensible assessments. She is always very dedicated and very responsible in meeting and exceeding expectations I wish her continued success.

I have had the pleasure of working with Rashmi at Trilegal. She is known for her diligence and hard work. She was also able to manage multiple projects seamlessly and comes across as a fantastic team player.

I had the pleasure of working with Rashmi on laying the groundwork for the WileyNxt platform in India. Rashmi is driven, self-motivated, and thoughtful; she is constantly considering how to make the end-product better, and more impacting for end-users; when a wall was put across our project path, she was quick to consider how we circumnavigated it and was often very clever at creating a door in that wall
